Enable Nexiwave Voicemail Transcription for Mitel MiCollab Mailboxes

You can easily change a Mitel Micollab user's Voicemail Email Delivery Address to Nexiwave's Custom Email Address. 

Pre-requisites

  • Nexiwave account
  • MiCollab with NuPoint UM
    • NuPoint can deliver emails
    • (if using MS Exchange as SmartHost) Ensure Exchange Relay rule so NuPoint is allowed to relay emails externally to Nexiwave

Steps

  1. Log into your MiCollab End User Portal;
  2. Navigate to NuPoint Unified Messaging -> Settings:Change Mitel NuPoint Voicemail Email Delivery Address
  3. Change the "Standard UM Email Address #1" to your Nexiwave Custom Email Address.
  4. Click "Save".
Done. Your future Voicemail emails will be transcribed by Nexiwave and delivered to your inbox.
