You can easily change a Mitel Micollab user's Voicemail Email Delivery Address to Nexiwave's Custom Email Address.
Pre-requisites
Nexiwave account
MiCollab with NuPoint UM
NuPoint can deliver emails
(if using MS Exchange as SmartHost) Ensure Exchange Relay rule so NuPoint is allowed to relay emails externally to Nexiwave
Steps
Log into your MiCollab End User Portal;
Navigate to NuPoint Unified Messaging -> Settings:
Change the "Standard UM Email Address #1" to your Nexiwave Custom Email Address.
Click "Save".
Done. Your future Voicemail emails will be transcribed by Nexiwave and delivered to your inbox.
