Nexiwave's Office 365 customers can now add Nexiwave Voicemail Transcription service to their organizations with just two clicks and zero ongoing maintenance tasks.

When a new user comes on board, the administrators had to manually add the user to Nexiwave Sub-Accounts list and then change user's Voicemail email delivery address to Nexiwave custom email address. With Voicemail Transcription for Office 365, Nexiwave automatically synchronizes Sub-Accounts list with list of users in Office 365 Organization.
