Nexiwave is pleased to announce the version 11 of its Voicemail-to-text service. Here are some important highlights of this new version:
- New Email Template: thanks to our users' suggestions and inputs, Nexiwave has released a new email template. The new template solved compatibility and usability issues with Outlook, Google mail and Thunderbird email clients.
- Self-Directed Sponsored Email Addresses: yes, this is for you, small business owners. Many small business owners have asked to sign up their employees to Nexiwave's Voicemail-to-text service, but with one bill and lower setup fee. With this feature, Nexiwave users can now enrol a list of email addresses that will share any cost with his/her account. Nexiwave will then process any voicemail emails for these addresses. To enrol your users, simply login, then go to "Sponsored Emails" link.
- Readability Improvement: After many months of preparation, Nexiwave has packed a much stronger engine core. With models hundreds times larger than before, our transcription readability is much improved, particularly for longer voicemails.
- Constant Response Time: Nexiwave has reduced the processing time required for longer Voicemails. Voicemails longer than one minute but less than five minutes will mostly* be processed with a constant response time of three minutes.

*: Occasionally, Nexiwave may need longer response time to process long voicemails. Some reasons include hardware availability, quality/speed trade-off, etc.
