How It Works?

After you have registered an Nexiwave account or enrolled your user as a Sub-Account, Nexiwave will map your email address (or your Sub-Account's email address) to a unique Nexiwave Custom Email Address. Nexiwave's fully automated service will then:

• Accept any voicemail emails (emails with audio attachment) on the custom email address;
• Extract and transcribe the audio into text;
• Deliver the transcription (with audio attached) to the real email address;
