Senior Speech Scientist

• Strong speech research experience, understanding of speech recognition algorithms and the ability to generate new ideas;
• Strong speech recognition experimentation experience in an established research team
• Strong hands-on speech algorithm development/implementation experience

• Deep experience with probability and statistical theory implementation

• Deep experience with modern speech recognition engines, such as Juicer, CMU Sphinx, HTK, T^3, or any other commercial engines
• Extensive working experience with both Java and C
• Strong working experience with both Linux and Windows

• Ability to work as both a team and independently
• Great verbal and written communication skills

• Comprehensive working experience with software optimization

• Enthusiastic with programming

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
